Lawrence Okolie has kept up his undefeated ledger with another inside-the-distance victory.

The 24-year-old Hackney cruiserweight opened the show at the Principality Stadium.

Okolie, who is now 6-0 with five quick, stopped Adam Williams on the undercard of Anthony Joshua’s bid to retain his WBA ‘Super’, IBF and IBO heavyweight crowns against Carlos Takam in Cardiff.

And it took the 2016 just three rounds to get the win as he caught his opponent with a big shot –– after a sustained period of dominance –– before the towel came in from the beaten man’s corner.

Meanwhile, Joshua Buatsi was extended six rounds by the durable Saidou Sall as the 24-year-old won on points to move to 3-0 with two early.
