Palms Casino and Resort, Pearl Theater, Las Vegas, Nevada - Cruiserweight Andrew Tabiti (12-0, 11KOs) crushed Tamas Lodi (16-6-2, 13KOs) in two rounds. Lodi was drilled at the end of the second and it was a miracle he got up and made it to the bell. The referee, Jay Nady, probably should have waved it off. The corner was smarter, pulling their fighter out when he came back to the corner.

In a super middleweight contest, J'Leon Love (21-1, 11KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over late replacement Marcus Upshaw (18-15-4, 9KOs). The scores were 98-92, 99-91, 99-91. Love moved, used his jab and outboxing Upshaw, who started applying a lot of pressure as the fight went along but wasn't very accurate with his punches. Love was by far the more accurate of the two, although a good number of his shots were being blocked as Upshaw covered up often without returning too much fire.

Junior welterweight prospect Juan Heraldez (9-0, 6KOs) won a six round unanimous decision over Joaquin Chavez (9-17-3). All three judges had it scored 60-52.
