Alan Castano: record, next fight and profile →
LOS ANGELES — Alan Castano battered and bruised Christian Aguirre as if he were a human heavy bag for three straight rounds and scored a definitive knockout at 53 seconds of round three.
Another fight card, another cancellation. The cruiserweight bout between Sergey Kovalev and Sullivan Barrera, which was scheduled for April 25 at the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, California, has been cancelled, Golden Boy Promotions announced Tuesday evening.
SAN ANTONIO, Tex.—On a show loaded with boxers looking to emerge from the shadows of their more famous family members, Alan Castaño perhaps had the toughest task of the night.
