Later this evening, Bryant Jennings and Oscar Rivas collide in a 12-round heavyweight battle, live on ESPN+ from Turning Stone Resort & Casino in Verona, New York.

Also on the show, rising featherweight contender and 2016 Olympic Silver medalist Shakur Stevenson faces Philippines' Jessie Cris Rosales in the 10-round co-feature.

MORE RESULTS TO COME…

Robson Conceicao can forever cling to his status as the lone-ever boxer from Brazil to win an Olympic Gold medal, having done so at home in the 2016 Rio Olympics. So far, his pro career has yet to do anything to improve on that moment—or his development.

The unbeaten super featherweight cruised to an eight-round decision win over tailor-made Hector Ruben Ambriz 12-9-2 (6KOs). Scores were 80-72 across the board for Conceicao, whose record improves to 11-0 (5KOs), but in a fight where he did little to build demand for future airtime.

It’s not often a Fight of the Year emerges deep on the undercard of a show, especially between a former titlist and a sub .500 fighter. Such is where Jason Sosa is at these days, as the former 130-pound titlist survived a 10-round war with Moises Degladillo (17-19-2, 9KOs) to take a hard-fought unanimous decision.

Scores were 97-91 (twice) and 96-92 in their super featherweight clash, with both fighters hitting the canvas. Sosa (22-3-4, 15KOs) suffered a flash knockdown in round two, giving Delgadillo all sorts of confidence as the two traded on the inside throughout the first half.

Sosa pulled away in the final four rounds, beginning with a 7th round knockdown courtesy of a right hand and left hookercut forcing Delgadillo to a knee. Action slowed down the stretch, but deservedly so as both fighters made their presence felt throughout the bout.

Vikas Krishan enjoyed a successful pro debut, battering Steven Andrade (3-4, 2KOs) en route to a 2nd round stoppage in a super welterweight prelim. Krishan (1-0, 1KO)—a two-time Olympian for his native India—pounded away at an overmatched Andrade throughout the opening round, scoring a knockdown midway through round two followed by an ensuing onslaught forcing referee Benji Estevez to mercifully halt the contest at 2:31 of round two.

2016 Olympic Gold medalist Fazliddin Gaibnazarov remained perfect in the pro ranks following a 4th round stoppage of Ricardo Garcia. The unbeaten super lightweight from Uzbekistan dropped Garcia (14-5-1, 9KOs) in round three and dominated for the remainder of the contest. Gaibnazarov (7-0, 4KOs) his second straight technical knockout win after Garcia was ruled down for the night following the end of round four.

In the opening bout of the evening, rising super welterweight contender Carlos Adames easily dispatched Mexico’s Juan Ruiz (21-4, 13KOs) in four rounds. A right hook to the body put Ruiz down and out for the full 10 count, giving Adames—a 24-year old switch-hitter from Washington Heights, New York—the knockout win at 1:47 of round three.
