Teatro Obi Hall, Florence, Toscana, Italy - It was the first partnership card between Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing and Italian based promoter OPI Since 82.

In the main event, for the World Boxing Council International silver cruiserweight title, Fabio Turchi (16-0, 12KOs) stopped Tony Conquest (18-3) in seven rounds.

Conquest did well early on, but he took heavy punches as the fight played out. In the seventh, Conquest was clipped to the eye and went down. His corner would throw in the towel

Joe Hughes (17-3-1, 7 KOs) captured the vacant EBU junior welterweight title with a twelve round split decision win over Andrea Scarpa (23-5). Hughes failed to win the same title last December, when he lost a decision to Anthony Yigit.

Hughes appeared to be the clear winner, but one judge still scored it one judge 116-112 to Scarpa, while the other two judges had it for the Brit with scores of 118-110 and 116-112.

Good stretches of the contest were controlled by Hughes' jab and accurate hooks.

Martin J. Ward (21-1-2, 10 KOs) won a twelve round split decision over Deivis Boschiero (46-6-2) for the vacant World Boxing Council silver International super featherweight title. It makes two wins in a row for Ward since getting stopped by James Tennyson in May.
