Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions, would not advise Floyd Mayweather Jr. to fight again - once the boxer fully retires from the sport.

Mayweather claims his upcoming fight with Andre Berto will be the final professional outing of his 19-year career. The fight takes place on September 12th from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

But what if Mayweather has a change of heart in a couple of months? What if he calls up Ellerbe and says 'Leonard, there is a guy out there who I want to fight and I know I can beat. I want to come back for one more.'

"Floyd knows how I feel about this stuff. We've had discussions. Boxing is a lot of wear and tear. What you guys see is what goes on in here [pointing to the ring]. Being a promoter and the things that are required from him - it's a lot. We put on the biggest fights in the history of the sport," Ellerbe said.

"He's not just required to perform in here, he's required to have influence, provide direction, everything as it relates to the success of our events. His responsibilities are more than just being [in the ring]. He has so much on his plate that I just can't say enough. I wouldn't want to be Floyd Mayweather Jr."
