Grigory Drozd (39-1, 27 KOs) is looking to add more world titles around his waist. Late last month in Moscow, he unseated longtime world champion Krzysztof Włodarczyk of Poland to capture the World Boxing Council (WBC) cruiserweight title.

Drozd would rather fight one of the other champions instead of wasting his time with voluntary defenses. He is ready to face WBO champion Marco Huck or IBF champion Yoan Pablo Hernandez.

"I'm counting on unification fight. I do not want to waste time with other fights. If there is an opportunity to get another belt, I'm sure I will use it," Drozd said.

One fight Drozd is still against, is a unification with stablemate Denis Lebedev (26-2, 20 KOs), who holds the WBA crown. The two Russian boxers are promoted by Andrey Ryabinsky's World of Boxing promotions.

"I can fight with Huck and Hernandez. I am not considering, however, that there would be a fight with Lebedev. We have the same promoter and we get along well. It's better to have two Russian champions," Drozd said.
