The Saul “Canelo” Alvarez-Alfredo Angulo bout that took place this past Saturday in Las Vegas, NV will open the “Showtime Championship Boxing” telecast this Saturday night, Stephen Espinoza told Boxingscene.com on Sunday afternoon.

Espinoza is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Showtime Sports.

After the Alvarez-Angulo bout, two fights will air live from the Coliseo Ruben Rodriguez in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. In the main event, Danny Garcia will defend his unified junior welterweight world titles against Mauricio Herrera.

Preceding the main event will be the scheduled 12 round heavyweight bout between Malik Scott and hard-hitting Deontay Wilder.

Showtime will air all three bouts beginning at 9PM ET/ 6PM PT.

Espinoza also told Boxingscene.com that Showtime will air the final installment of All-Access: Canelo-Angulo. It will be the epilogue episode.

Two bouts will be broadcast live on Showtime Extreme, beginning at 7PM ET/ 4PM PT. Opening the broadcast will be middleweight contender Danny Jacobs taking on Milton Nunez in a scheduled 10 round bout.

In a rematch of featherweights, hard-hitting Daniel Ponce De Leon will take on Juan Manuel Lopez in a scheduled 10 round bout.
