David Haye has confirmed once again that he is only interested in fighting Vitali Klitschko, and that he will never step into a ring with David Price.

The former WBA champion is still waiting to hear from Klitschko on whether he will take a fight with haye or retire from boxing.

The 41-year-old still holds the WBC title but is currently prospering as a politician in his native Ukraine.

Haye insists a deal has been in place for some time regarding a match-up with the veteran, but realises the fight must happen soon.

"Everything's agreed, it's just a matter of when and where," said Haye, who lost to Vitali's brother Wladimir in 2011. "I'm more than happy to fight in Germany, like I did before, I expect the fight to be in Germany.

"But if it's not happened by this summer then I'll accept the fight's never happening. We've not heard from his people since Vitali fought Chisora (last February)."

Haye also told Sky Sports he would be retired from boxing before Price makes it to the top.

"I sparred with David Price since he was an amateur...he's got all the tools that a Klitschko has. He ticks all the boxes.

"With the right guidance within the next two years he should be knocking on the door.

"I'll be long retired by then with my pipe and slippers."
