Argentinean puncher Lucas Matthysse (34-3, 32KOs) is back home and relaxing with his family after suffering a twelve round decision loss to WBC/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia (27-0, 16KOs) last Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Matthysse would like to get a second crack at Garcia. If that doesn't happen, Matthysse is confident that other big fights and opportunities will come his way.

"For now I'll rest and recover. I'm happy with my performance. But the truth is it was very tough for me because I was only able to see from one eye. But I kept going forward. I know that I still had two hands and two feet, and I had to kepe going. I gave it everything. I ended up going the full twelve rounds. I demonstrated that I was well trained, although the end result did not go my way. But I made a good fight and knew that I had to throw everything I had," Matthysse said.

"I'll be back in training because I know that good things are going to come. For now I know nothing. I know I'll be fighting in America, because I made a good fight, I did a good job, because I'm on the top level."
