Former undisputed heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis answered some questions about the upcoming showdown between WBC heavyweight king Deontay Wilder (36-0, 35KOs) and mandatory challenger Alexander Povetkin (30-1, 22KOs), which takes place on May 21st in Moscow, Russia.

- This is a good fight in terms of the clash of styles. We have Povetkin who wants to come closer to you. And we have Wilder, who boxes - jabs and moves. Two different styles that will compete with each other. Povetkin will try to come closer to land his punch.

Deontay's chin has not been tested yet and Povetkin is the guy to test the Deontay's chin. But it is going to be a hard task, Deontay has long arms and he will fight at a distance. But his leg work was not too good last time, so it's possible that Povetkin will come closer to him.

BoxingScene.com: Do you think will correct reducing the distance by Povetkin be the key moment of their fight?

- I think yes. He needs to move and not get hit when he comes forward. He must do the same things that "Canelo" Álvarez did during his last fight. To be patient, to move forward and to control his aggression.

BoxingScene.com: In 2008, Deontay Wilder lost an amateur fight against Evgeniy Romanov. Can we take that performance into account when evaluating Wilder?

- We can’t. He was learning his craft at that time.  When the man is studying, he must to lose to become better. Nobody is perfect.

BoxingScene.com: Who will win?

- If the fight will go the distance, I think, Deontay will win. If the fight will be shorter, I would say that Povetkin would win, because he has so much power.
