Former two division world champion David Haye (26-2, 24KOs) is aiming to get in at least two fights before the end of the year. Haye, 33, has been inactive since a TKO victory over Dereck Chisora in 2012. He suffered injuries that forced two withdrawals from scheduled dates against Tyson Fury and also had a hand injury that forced him out of a planned fight with Manuel Charr.

“Ideally, I’d have two fights before the end of the year,” Haye told Daily Express. “October’s realistic if something can be arranged for that point. I’m back in training doing my thing. I’m not looking at fighting any big, massive names, I haven’t been in the ring for two years. It’d be stupid, particularly after coming back from a shoulder injury, to get in there for a life and death fight. It makes no sense to anybody."

Haye also wants to avenge his 2011 decision loss to IBO/WBA/WBO/IBF champion Wladimir Klitschko. He realizes that securing that rematch won't be easy.

“Fighting Wladimir won’t be easy. I'd have to be mandatory. He won’t fight me voluntarily. He’d earn more money fighting me than anyone else but it’s not really about money. He likes to fight people who can guarantee an easy night’s work, and he knows it won’t be an easy night’s work if he fights me," Klitschko said.
