Floyd's best win is diego corrales and he has yet to face a legit HOF fighter in their prime.

Easily pacquiao.

Floyd, but like Iron said it's close. I'm going with Floyd strictly based on how dominant he's been, when he performs he still looks like the best fighter in the world.

This Manny Floyd thing is never going to end lol. I would personally rank Mayweather ahead of Pacquiao, and yes I'm a Mayweather fan so I am biased. Manny's career is going the wrong way, while Floyd's career is getting better.

I understand the Floyd hate is strong on this site, but no way are either of these two "miles ahead" of one another. They've fought a lot of the same guys with mixed results.

I give the edge slightly to Mayweather at this stage. He has beaten more internationally recognized fighters at this point in time, and he dominated more or less everone he faced.

I give my respect to Pacquiao for undoubtedly wanting to fight anyone, and often guys that are much bigger than himself. He's also shown that he can come back from losses.
