  • Jeffries would beat Vitali?

No seriously, tell me what is with all you lot? You are so blinded with hatred towards the Klitschko's it's unbelievable.

I was reading a thread where every single person who answered said 'Jim Jeffries' would beat Vitali Klitschko. Most said by K.O
    Hahaha!

Now I had heard of this Jeffries character but I decided to go check him out ''James J Jeffries''
Rather than rake through bundles of DVD's, videos etc I look online for speed....
So I scroll down & I see he is listed as ''6.0ft'' with a ''76 inch'' reach, I'm grinning already. I then see he fought around the Victoria era, now I roll my eyes & let out a sigh.
Then I see his ringname ''The boilermaker'' now the tears are ******ing down my face.

I scroll down to find he had got KTFO by Jack Johnson. I see this is his last fight so I think ''maybe he was past his prime''

So I am scrolling down & see a familiar name ''Bob Fitsimmons'' Yano that ******ly overrated guy with the worlds largest receding hairline that fought about a hundred guys that had less than 10 fights, losing most of them & got knocked out about a dozen times by several unknown 160lbers. (Apparently this makes you a legend, but 1 loss today and everyone calls you a bum)

So I am on Youtube, watching him fight against Jack Johnson - ''Oh **** I remember this fight'' - I say. Yh that is the one where they are hugging and dancing for 15 rounds & he gets dropped heavily by a rabbit punch & starts crawling around the canvas almost acting like he was a dog.

You are all experts on here so could you perhaps tell me how a guy that literally throws 3 of the worlds most telegraphed punches the world has ever seen per round. A guy with NO speed what so ever, two left feet, that spends 3.00 of every round holding & dancing with his opponent could ever last a single round with Vitali?

No jab, no footwork, handspeed, lateral or head movement, no combinations, giving up 7" in height, Christ knows what in reach, arghh I can't be ****ed to go on. HATERS!

That must have been on the history forum here: most Klitschko fans don't bother with it because it is run by fanatical Klitschko haters who think every single heavyweight champion from all past eras would beat both Klitschkos.

They are so over the top with hate that it is funny. They are in their own little bubble world of nostalgia and resentment.

So don't pay any attention to them. They are just a little circle-jerk of fat boys and nerds who hate the Klitschkos for obvious reasons.

I love old time fighters & the history of the sport.

But come on? Lets gets real, Vitali would put a beating on Jeffries.

It was stated the fight was over 20 rounds, even if you love the modern fighters you have to agree this spells trouble for them and favours old timers a lot more.

Not really, because the fight wouldn't even get to 10 rounds.

I'm a realist. Just because a modern day fighter would be fighting in a 20-rounder doesn't mean he wouldn't be conditioned enough to go the distance.

But IF it were to go that long, wound't that mean a longer beating for Jeffries?

You know f*uck all about Fitzsimmons, if you had such a problem with the argument why didn't you bring them up in the history section, BTW that fight with Johnson was when Jeffries was past his prime having to lose 100 lbs in 1910 after a 6 year layoff.
