  • Jaw Pain

I got caught with a good shot tonight from a guy wearing 4 oz gloves, and since then my jaws been hurting like hell on the side he landed. I can't describe it very well, it's like a dull ache, but then a sharp pain if I open or close my mouth too fast. I had a similar pain ages ago from sparring in boxing and it went away over 3/4 days, but i've got training again Wednesday so I was wondering if anyone knows anyways to get the pain to go away quicker?

I've put ice on it and taken pain killers obviously, just wondering if anyone has any other tips

We're not supposed to, some ass decided to wear them anyway and did a number on me, I was focused on blocking kicks and he kept catching me

To be fair, I had a similar injury from boxing a few years back when using 14 oz gloves. I just need it to fuck off by tomorrow

Maybe a high quality Glucosamine product stacked with a high quality Chondroitin product will help. It sure helped with my sore jaw after taking a flush left hook from a heavyweight. It also helped with my shoulder/elbow joint pains that I used to get.

All thanks to the joint support included in this:

Cheers dude, I'll look into it

Sounds like it could be useful for possible future injuries
