The Margarito-hearing. Questions for Boxingscene staff and posters 'in-the-know'.

After reading all Boxingscene reports from the Margarito hearing I'm left wondering if there's a transcript of the hearing available?

I'm asking this because to me several points is still unadressed. I seek answers to the following:

1: After the news broke Francisco Espinoza, co-manager of Antonio Margarito said that Capetillo prepared the gauzes that are used, two weeks before [the fight] and had them in a lump with cloth that apparently was humid and therefore hardened.
What exactly did Capetillo do, how many times has he done it and how did he learn?

2: Why was Margarito allowed to used old wraps when fresh gauze by rule is supposed to be used? How did Margarito's handlers get away with that?

3: How big were the 'blocks of hardened gauze'?

4: Will Margarito and his crew be charged with 'conspiracy to assault with a deadly weapon' which is a felony? Or does it end with this suspension?

5: Will there be an investigation of Margarito's earlier and now highly su****ious KO wins (Cotto, Cintron and possibly more)?

6: Or didn't these points get touched at all?

i'm not in the know butt just philosophyzing.
1.look at your hand and make a fist. notice the four knuckles sticking up.

powderize the gauze before starting wraps.
make sure someone from the commission is observing this to make it legit.don't worry he'll turn his head.

after multipul punches with the powderized wraps the powder settles and compacts like moist sand inbetween the knuckles. instead of having a hand with four knuckles as high points you now have a hand with like a solid bar over your knuckles that distributes the trauma of your punch evenly the lenghth of the bar with less trauma to the knuckles. plus the advantage of an extra ounce or two of weight added from powder absorbing persperation.evidently a few extra ounces makes a differents thats why they have different size gloves now for different divisions.

knowing human nature as i do,some may think my outlook is distorted,
but i think this loaded handwrap situation is like steroids in baseball or an athlete getting caught in foto taking a bong hit, this stuff goes on all the time but everyone in the know is playing dumb and running for cover.
sort of like when youre in highschool and the question is asked if you **********. hell no you will respond even tho youre choking the chicken at least once a day... sometimes three.

the nieve idiots will stay shocked over this.

I'm not "in the know", but I would think that if the flakey substance on the gauze comes back positive as plaster of paris, he could be looking at criminal charges. However if it doesn't, I think the suspension will suffice.

One of the prosecutors tried to bring up the Cotto fight and stated that he used them on July 26th. But, with good reason, it got dismissed. If that was to be investigated it would need it's own trial, and it wold have to go through the Nevada Commission, this trial was for the events that happened on Jan 24.

Kinda sucks that you can't just kill all the birds with one stone, but so is our judicial system.

Thanks for the walk trough. I'm surprised that evidently Capetillo wasn't grilled to much about those wraps.

To me the intent was definetely there. But the question is if the police at some point by itself takes over this case?

Thats the thing... none of us are "in-the-know". We can talk possibilities, and thats fine... so long as were are respectful to each other. But until the CSAC puts out a press release stating "CSAC Requests 10 Boxingscene Posters to Attend Next Scheduled Hearing"... none of us are in the know... we have what the internet provides us.... and "second gunman" theories
