Can someone explain why Klit chose Rahman over Toney?

I mean, if he had a choice, why did he choose the fighter who was losing the fight and looking for a way out over the fighter who was WINNING the fight and obviously the BIGGER name?

Cause it's tough to look good against Toney.
    He is a better fighter.

I actually think at this point, Rahman has a better chance against Wlad than Toney would.

Because he doesn't want to permanently harm Toney.

Toney was already scheduled to fight Tony Thompson

                HE WAS NOT AVAILABLE

The IBF chose Rahman as the mandatory, because he was the next highest ranked IBF heavyweight available.

Wlad wanted to try to make a fight with Valuev, but he would have lost his IBF belt.
