he was scared at the time and he took the easier options like cintron quintana etc. but now he is desperate because there is no big money fight out there except margarito while margarito has many options.

Williams is planning on fighting his lame mandatory and will probably continue to face cupcake mandatories. The man is a joke.

Williams' just wants to live off the success of others instead of making solid fights for himself. Other than Margarito, he's 1 and 1 with Quitana. It's time he faces other top contenders like Clottey, Berto, Mosley, Cotto, Collazo etc to make a name for himself instead of riding the coattails of Margarito and beating up nameless mandatories.

That is true, but the way I look at it is that the fight can only get bigger. Bob is going to get forced to pay margarito a little more if he wants him to fight clottey next.
