Go for 30 minute runs in the morning and if u plan to compete u have to incorprate sprints in with that. umm do lots of shadow work focusing on technique 4 X 3 mins on bag Round 1: Jab and movement (good footwork) Round 2: jab, rightcross and footwork Round 3:Start putting your combinations together with your footwork Round 4: Combo's Hope this helps a little bit mate and keep training ![]() |
