Earnie Shavers and Cleveland Williams were both harder punchers than anyone on that list with the possible exception of Foreman.
Thats a terrible list to choose from and only Foreman out of the 4 has a right to be mentioned among the greatest punchers, even Tyson doesnt belong on the same list as Big George he never knocked anyone decent out in his whole career unless you count a blown up light heavy M Spinks or a 40 year old L Holmes.
