favorite conditioning drills

  • favorite conditioning drills

    30 seconds of burpees as fast possible
    30 seconds of shadowboxing as fast as possible
    repeat 4 times for a 4 minute round, with 1 minute rest

    pullups for 60 seconds
    pushups for 60 seconds
    situps for 60 seconds
    bodyweight squats for 60 seconds
    close-grip pushups for 60 seconds
    run in place for 60 seconds
    rest one minute to 90 seconds
    with these, if u cant complete the minute, dont rest, instead, like if u cant do pullups for 60 seconds straight (which i sometimes cant) hang from the bar instead of jus resting

    these are jus a few i love to do. these ****s gets your heart and muscles going like no other imo. anyone else got some good ass conditioning workouts? post em up!

    wat the **** is a burpee?....never heard of it

      Like a Squat Thrust but you get up and the end of each one.

            At my gym we do this circuit called a triple ton up.
            30 pressups
            30 situps
            30 burpees
            30 dorsal raises
            30 pike situps
            30 clap press ups (no one actually does them all)
            30 squat thrusts
            30 lower ab exercies legs in legs out
            30 star jumps (touch the floor with hands then jumping up into star)
            30 tuck jumps
            This is the hardest one we do, we do it for 30 reps then 1minute rest 20 reps and 1 minute rest then finally just for 10 reps. After this i'm useally ****ed and my legs are hurting, also i can barely breath as its so tireing.

              That sounds hard, i'm gona try it 2nite indstead of doing weights.

                that routine sounds pretty hard too i'm gonna have to give it a go...
