It's obvious the cop was in the wrong, you can hear by the way he was hyperventilating that it was his first time shooting a black dude.

A more experienced cop would have the killed the black dude, then go home to make a sandwich and watch Seinfeld reruns. Just another day in the office.

It's not his fault bro. Clearly it was the cops fuckup. But the black fella lacked vital situational awareness; he should have kept his hands on the dash. Judging by his facebook posts he was just another low IQ, uneducated negro. He probably thought, "I knoe lemme show da offacer muh eye-deee!" You gotta be smarter than that smh. Making sudden movements is a no-no.

if you have a concealed carry permit you go through the procedures of being stopped by a cop while you're carrying. cops typically respect a concealed carry permit, becuase it mens you have passed background checks, aren't a felon, have training with your guns (20 hours of classes in his state.) you let them know you're carrying, and you operate accordingly.



cops have criminalized blackness. if you're black, they're more jumpy. they've done the same thing with poor people, teenagers / young men. in the past theyt've done it with italians, asians, jews, disenfranchised and poor groups. you're more likely to get shot by the cops without justification if you're black.



we need to look at each case separately, but the trends are clear. blackness can contribute to your being shot or killed by cops without justification.
