    jump and spin 180 degrees (from your stance, hands up with gloves on, in a ring, or in grass/dirt if you're at home) and land in a stance, with hands up. repeat 15-30 times or more, take a break, repeat

    I thought this one was pretty unique. Curious to what you others are up to so I can apply it to myself when I'm not at the gym.

    spin until dizzy, now shadowbox. Simulates being staggered.

    30 seconds each: wood choppers, burpees, lateral jumps, shadowbox. Simulates having tired legs and still having to fight hard.

    10 weighted punches, 10 unweighted punches. For handspeed.

    30 seconds each with 2-4lb dumbbells: straight punches, standing chest flys, alternating overhead presses, alternating overhead tricep extensions, front or lateral hold + lil circles, now shadowbox (with or without the weights) a while. Simulates having really tired shoulders but still having to fight.
