    I am training for an amateur fight in 5 bout weeks. 3 round 2 minutes long, its not that hard. I do interval running, 1 minute round of running, 30 second rest ( walking). What are the best interval training times, for this amateur fight? I mean the rest and sprinting time.. Thx !

    max sprint 10seconds
    rest til u can go again.
    do it like 4-5 times, more if u can handle more.

    max sprint meaning u sprint as ****ing hard as u can ever go. run for ur life sprint

      I sprint as fast as i can go and i mean as fast as i can go for 20-30 seconds..then slow down to a jog for a minute then walk for a minute then repeat.....

        For how long in total, and what do you use to check the time? I got an app on my phone, but its not that goodd..
