Everybody can be hurt, whether it's to the body or the head.

No, he's invincible to the body for he is immortal unless you can decapitate him.

It's Dragon Warrior(Po) vs Tai lung.. Remember the scene where Tai lung hits Po with a body shot & Po responds with a dual straight shots because of the coiled reflexes.. I see that happening in this fight..

This comes up occasionally. First off there is a myth that because someone is fat, they have a weak stomach. This is not necessarily so. As a matter of fact one of the reasons boxers often look ridiculous when they are over weight is the fat hangs off, their otherwise solid muscles. A fat weak bellied sort has a very different look...often looking more integrated because the belly fat is distributed through the atrophied muscles rather than just covering them due to recent inactivity.

In the old days, up to about the 1970's really...you used to have what one of my Judoka friends referred to as "hard fat." If you watch one of the old gangster flicks, for example, or, for an exxagerated look, Thor of Ed Wood fame, as "Lobo", etc....you will see the look: Guys who carry some extra but look stocky, solid and strong. Make no mistake about it, these guys could be incredibly strong... More like power lifters though...and usually not necessarily built for endurance.

Finally, the strongest human beings in the world when it comes to lifting another object often look fat. But I assure you, these guys are solid to the body! no matter how they look, In fact, a well chiseled midriff is easier to attack with no gloves. Take it from a martial artist....Try this experiment: have someone bend their leg and thrust their knee into the strongest part of your leg muscle (Quad) on the side...If he/she does it right it should drop you with a viscious charley horse...especially if you have strong well defined quads. Now, if they hit you in the gut the same way the force would disperse through the fat and water...You usually don't drop someone with a round kick to the gut for that reason.

Point is fat and water does absorb force. It is not a given that a fighter like the older version of George Foreman, for example, would buckle to a body attack and in fact is often the case that fighters built like Foreman can sustain that attack easily. Look at films of Two ton Toney Galienta. Guy had a very strong midriff, built like a barrel, hard fat central! but looked like a pig. Used to do more roadwork than moat fighters do today!

People now a days confuse actual conditioning, use and ability with the way someone looks. It was established in the 1980's that guys were walking around with pencil legs, weak abs and large pecs. Looks great! but in terms of actual application, you want large mass muscled on the trunk where you do most work with your body.

And...here is an example to back that up: Let your friend mount you in a Ju Jutsu type position. Now, lets assume you can benchpress a lot, or a little...Try to use your chest muscles to lift your friend off...It won;t make a difference, it ain't happening. Your chest cannot lift that powerfull a resisting force. Now, use your trunk muscles to do what is called "shrimp" and buck up and down as hard as you can....See what you can do to your friend's position? Those are your trunk muscles which are designed to do work.
