Sprinting or Jogging,which is better

    Are you really going to be boxing long fights? Or are you training for something shorter or are you just wanting to be able to take someone out quick?

    If you are talking about 3 rounds or less. sprinting is much better for you. When is the last time you saw a real fight that went longer than 3 min?

    I run when I"m putting on weight, other than that it's all some version of sprinting, short or long, skipping rope, sparring, playing basketball for endurance.

    Jogging eats away at your strength as well
