    Weight! The first fighter than comes to mind is all time great featherweight pedroza, as a bantamweight he lacked power and strength and had a shaky chin, as a featherweight he was strong, could punch and had a solid chin

    Miguel Cotto. I think we'll see more of it in the newer era because so many fighters weight drain themselves to get a size advantage in a lower weight class. It's not always the best case though. Look at Pac, he's only 148-149 on fight night at WW, same with Floyd. I remember Marvin Hagler would often only be 161 ish on fight night as well.
