Look, Ali the idiot using his influence to encourage young blacks (probably fatherless) to all team up and be racist and violent against whites as the answer to your disputes. Clay was no hero smh. He was a racist bully and coward.
Either you're young and ignorant or just a troll. Unfortunately, you probably know the truth and just need some attention...........

You know a fighter is the shit when the worst thing somebody can say about him is that he didn't give Foreman a rematch after he knocked him out.

as a matter of fact, he might have been a clown, but you are not setting any record straight in such a small community as this forum is.

And by the way, half of the posters might as well be apes who cannot think for the love of their lives, so just let it go.

And i think Kenny norton won all fights against Ali.

And even then i think Ali was the greatest of all times.

The sour grapes or rather the hate in you is oozing out, it is beyond pathetic. Which one is it, are we talking about Ali the boxer or Ali the racist that you sorely referred to him as in your responses to other comments. Ali was a controversial figure without question and sure he had some bad moments in judgment especially with his alliance with the crooked figures of Islam but Ali's finer moments far outweighed his bad ones and it is sad that the hate in you won't let you see that.

Now to Ali the boxer, you conveniently left out the actual fight and here banging your heads against the wall clamoring about what Foreman was going to do in a rematch. That bias is so great you can't even take some time to talk about what happened in the actual fight and how that would have been different in the rematch. Ali basically took Foreman's heart and soul in that fight and endured tremendous amounts of punishment and went on to knock Foreman out despite all the odds against him. People were already talking about Ali's death at the time due to Foreman's imposing and killer mentality at the time. That feat still hasn't been replicated since when you consider the overwhelming odds, his absence from boxing and he was out of his prime at the time.

Rematch wasn't really warranted considering the way Ali ended the fight and while it might have been to difficult to duplicate, who is to say Ali can't win a decision having already experienced what Foreman brings to the table. The element of surprise is no longer an issue. As for him being the greatest, whether he proclaimed it or it was bestowed on him, the vast majority consider him just that, his resume suggest that, his character suggest that and if you poll boxing audience today, the majority will agree he is. If the majority agrees, isn't that how something is affirmed if so, then what is the problem. Just put the hate aside and appreciate the man for the fine boxer he was and the greatest fight albeit 30 years or so ago still being talked about till today. Whatever you feel about his character doesn't take away from the transcending fighter that he was in his time.

when was the Foreman rematch supposed to happen? After Foreman had that farce when he fought 5 plumbers in one night and fell over? Or when he almost got KTFO by Lyle? Or when Young schooled him into retirement? Not to mention the near 2 year lay off.

            GTFOH with this bs.

              "Ali scared"

I did recently hear Foremen on some podcasts talking about how Ali was begging him to fight Norton so he wouldn't have to fight him a 4th time cuz he felt Norton would beat him. He was obviously right cuz Spinks ended up beating him so I think its a solid bet Norton would have gotten over on him a 4th time with how close the first 3 fights were.

                That's their business.

                Why does that bother you??

At least Ali didn't wear fishnets and snort a hole in his nose(and wallet) like your brother Oscar.

Ali was an ATG....deal with it vato.

Why do you have to rematch someone you knocked out?

If the answer is no.... then shut your oily as.s up.

Seems like you're offended on behalf of White people...and bitter that your group will never come close to creating an Ali.
