Sometimes it's kind of hard to eat healthy when I'm at work. I know there are a lot of very smart people on here when it comes to fitness, so I figured I'd ask.
The healthiest thing it seems that's on Subway's menu is the Subway Club Wrap. If noone knows what it is, it's: Basically a tortilla wrap with turkey, roast beef, and ham. I don't get ham on it though because I know that it's generally a fatty meat. I get provalone cheese, lettus, pickles, olives, onions, few green peppers and oil & vinegar on it.
It that a health friendly thing to eat?
