The WBC has become the silliest of all the boxing organizations. They do whatever they please no matter how little sense it makes. They have their favorite fighters and go out of their way to make things easy for them. Chavez has done zero at 168 and Khan was ranked #2 at welterweight when he never beat a welterweight. It's hard to take them seriously.
