I never saw a problem with Rios, Bradley or Algieri fighting Pacquiao at 147 or above 140 since they are pretty much bigger than him, but going up to 160? come on man, I hope this isn't true at all. Bradley will get the most money of all the guys listed, he has one of the best deals of any Arum fighter, it makes no sense either how he gets paid that much money without having a large fanbase.

Bradley Cotto is a good fight. They're both basically the same size. The only thing that makes the fight a farce is because of the MW belt. Other than that, it's a damn good fight.
