Is that breaking news? He refused to test? OMG!!!!111

    ...

Yeah shut the **** up, because he never said he refused to test.

In fact, since all this started, Pacquaio and his people have said quite a bit. Mayweather and his cronies haven't said jack ****.

And many people had serious doubts Floyd would ever get in the ring with Manny. Was this really an attempt to "level the playing field", or was it just a way out? Think about it. If Manny takes the test and fails, no fight. If Manny takes the test and passes, Floyd has a built in excuse because he has already laid the groundwork of suspicion and no test is 100%. If Manny refuses the test or doesn't comply 100% (he doesn't want blood drawn in the says before the fight) Floyd can walk away and cast blame in the opposite direction.

Only problem is, Floyd has already said this is an easy fight and Manny has never tested positive for anything which really leaves Floyd without a leg to stand on. This is a psychological ploy by Mayweather to either get in Manny's head and distract him, or to get out of the fight all together.

It was SR. who started all these lies about pac taking steroids, and now you're blaiming Pac for effing this fight up? Seriously I love Jr, but SR has got to go.. he effed things over once more.

Whether Pac is ducking the test because he has something to hide (which would confirm what many members of the boxing community have been saying a while now) or he just doesnt give a **** about what the fans want enough to take it is irrelevant. The bottom line is he's *****ing out because of a test that Mayweather has also agreed to take and now he's trying to draw attention away from it by filing a lawsuit against the Mayweathers.

What's funny is Mayweather Jr. has quitely watched as Team Pacquiao has destroyed their own credibility. Outside of proposing the test to make sure it's a fair fight, he hasnt made any comments about Pac's suspected roiding. The fact that he's been named in Pacquiao's "slander" lawsuit shows you how desperate he is as if this wouldn't all go away if he were to just man up and take the test.

But what do you guys think? After the events that have unfolded over the past few weeks, do you think Pacquiao's reputation is permanantly ruined or not?
blame mayweather, his team accused pac with no evidence, thats what made the fight go to ****. and i don't think pac's reputation is going to be effected because there is no proof, in my eyes he's innocent until proven guilty, especially in this case with no priors pertaining to roids or ped's.

you can't go around accusing people of something with zero physical evidence and force them to do something, this isnt some anarchical ran sport or country, there are laws to protect people from false accusations. if you think otherwise that pac is doing ped's or roids, prove it, and prove why he should be tested, backed by hard facts and evidence...... you can't.

haha, thats funny and worth a response. pacquiao agreed to taking the test, first he agreed but wanted to negotiate it and for some reason he's not allowed to?
he also agreed on another level and that was to have a pro athlete agency test him and not an agency that tests amateurs, that makes sense, no?

and pacquiao has also agreed to having the NSAC do the blood test, which is the commission who's governing the fight, so why not work within those negotiating parameters? both sides have demands but no negotiation? because pacquiao isn't allowed any of his demands? c'mon now.....

heavily one sided with a bright shinning light of bias............. if you look at any facts, you would see that it's slander, rumors, and pure defamation, there are no facts to bring such accusations. but we can have our opinions, all i care about if what is fair and what is fair starts way before a multitude of drug test like these, fairness to pacquiao's character should come first.

it's not right in this day in age that you can accuse someone of something, with no proof and they're treated guilty and their career achievements are marginalized because of, as of right now, LIES, because there is no physical evidence.

all i know, it's not right, there are laws against it, and they should be upheld. it's like one restaurant going around town saying that their competitor has rat piss in their soup, ruining their business off of a lie because people are easily persuaded without knowing the facts, and if it's something that can be blown out of proportion, it can be devastating, hence the lawsuit.

                      i actually agree with money

It pains me to say it, but money may is right! For this caliber of fight, for the right of legendary status, proper procedures must be taken. If one ounce of suspicion is invoked, then the athletes must submit to NORMAL protocol. In this instance manny wants to know when the test are. In what world does that make sense? Manny must submit to the same test money has agreed to. Until then, Manny bears full blame. It has only served as giving legitimacy to floyd sr, accusations. Even I think manny is hiding something now!
