Feeling a wierd shock in my arm

Hi Guys,

last friday sparring, I recieved a left hook to the head which tilted my head over my shoulder. It wasnīt a hard shot but my neck felt it, more specifically the right side of my neck.

I felt instantly an electric shock going from the neck to my right arm, and a huge pain in my arm followed by a burning sensation which lasted about 10 seconds.

It happened today again durring sparring, is it something to worry about?

The first time i was...today I wasnīt..but the punches werenīt that strong and I never felt this before...

i found out itīs a STRINGER though...it aint nothing serious but it got me thinkin i must do sum exercise for my neck, I tried to lay on my back and roll my nech putting my weight on the back of my head and liftin my shopulders from the ground..mike tyson used to do so..but it freakin hurts lol...gonna get used to it
