The only thing really bad is that it will have a lot of salt in it.
I have been making my own sandwhiches for a lunch, i eat it on a thin wheat bun (whole wheat with fiber) and low salt turkey breast. I actually dont have the specs for the turkey so there may still be a pretty lot in it but its better than the normal kind. No cheese or mayo right now as Im trying to loose a little bit more weight.
