I rarely if ever had a bad day at gym. In fact I can't remember the last bad day. And for me a bad day is knocking out 2 out of my 3 sparring partners within 16.5 (or less) secs.
I prepare my own shakes and training regimes so I am always pleased. I always take iPod with me with Rocky soundtrack and other inspiring music and I always go hard at it.
But I just tell you there is always tomorrow. Just keep going hard and don't get unmotivated. Go harder and harder each time.
