Plyometric training is good for building tendon/ligaments strenght and explosiveness. As a fighter,you need that to enhance your punching power and speed.

Is this a proven fact? I'm asking becuase I read the opposite, ppl with ligament problems should stay away from plyos.

well, if you already have problems then stay away.isometric training might can subsitute the plyo.
