i used to eat alot of rice, spaghetti, bread and potatoes. They will load you up with carbs.
When I needed to lode weight i would get away from the carbs and let my body burn its energy from what ever fat might have been on my body, it was very little back in the day but it got me by and i lost the weight.
Immediately after the weigh-ins we would go out and load up on carb type foods. Fight the next day and feel great........Rockin'
