    did you know that a good powerful quick jab strength overall comes alot from your biceps?

    other punches still use bicep to a extent but foot / hip and torso movement come more into play with everything else.

        nah its true studys done in Universities have proven strong biceps can improve the overall strength of a jab..... i cant remember the percentage though.

                it also has to do with relaxation of the muscle before striking.
