Hey whats up guys? Im new to the forum.
Im looking for a trainer to work with me from the Chicago area. I know about Sam Collona's gym in Chicago. I would like to get in better shape and work on fundamentals before I go there. Ive looked around for other places but they are either too far or the schedule doesnt work. Ive also looked at craigslist and coachup. Everyone is in the north or northwest suburbs.
Ive got a nice set up in the garage with a heavy bag, double end bag, and speed bag. Worst case I can continue to work on my own but I would like some instruction to correct mistakes before they become bad habits.
If any one can refer me to someone I would appreciate it. I work on the west side and live in the far southwest suburbs near Frankfort.
