  • best thing to do inbetween bouts

    hi guys i boxed this friday and have got a match again this friday coming and was wondering what the best thing to do in training would be seeing how i dont want to be to tired for it

    No offense, but if you have to ask that question you probably do not have much experience, so I personally would recommend against fighting again so soon.

    A fight back to back like that, you should train normally for the first two days, and work lightly 2 days before your fight, per usual.

      Just train normally through the week until tuesday or wed then ease it off.

            It if was me...

            rest saturday
            if I feel good go for a run sunday. If I'm still real sore just rest.
            Monday-Tuesday train hard
            Wednesday train light
            Thursday rest

              domey i was just asking for ideas and peoples opinion doesn't mean i haven't got experience although i haven't had 2 fights so close together.

                  relax for the week end

                  monday train kinda hard, spar is alright
                  tuesday light session with pads
                  rest the other days
