There is a reason why Mayweather would not get into the ring with Pacquiao.

You've seen Floyd when he gets into the corner, when he gets feinted.. He's got some of the scariest fast twitch reactions in the sport. He'd be in absolute hell, his worst nightmare, if he had a fighter like Pacquiao continuously collapsing on him. He don't want that at all. Nooooo. Styles make fights. Floyd knows. He knows.

Manny is different from all of the fighters that Floyd fought for almost 18 to 19 years of his boxing career.

        Speed
        Power
        Punching in different angles
        Head Movement
        Best Footwork

Floyd will taste the canvass for the first time.

It's obvious that Mayweather is a level above Broner, and Pacquiao is a level above Maidana..... HOWEVER, the Maidana vs Broner fight and its stylistic matchup did show some characteristics to be analyzed for the potential Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight. This is why Mayweather doesn't want to see Pacquiao in the ring since 2009.

So now, quadrilateral theories work in boxing????? Boxers A and B fighting proves what would happen between boxers C and D???? When not ANY of the four boxers fight in any way the same????? Boy people are really getting desperate in their agendas that they'd use anything to push it.

The funny thing is, whenever you dare mention Pacquiao's struggles with a counter-puncher like Marquez, the first thing you get is, "bu-bu- but Mayweather and Marquez don't fight the same so it doesn't count" (which is true).

What the OP should've said is "do you WISH what happened between Broner and Maidana, would happen between Mayweather and Pacquiao?". But stating it like some sort of foregone conclusion based on a totally different fight- with not even one fighter in common, is stupid.

Let Maidana have his well deserved victory without trying to use it to validate some personal issues.

Nah. This fight didn't show anything.

Guererro-Berto on the other hand? That fight laid the blueprint on how a southpaw beats Floyd.

Hell, go back and watch some of Ian Napa's fights. The blueprint was laid there many times.

Anyone who fights with a shoulder roll = Floyd.

How can you compare Floyd to Broner? Floyd is the best boxer on this planet and to say or predict that he would go through a similar experience is just plain stupid.
