  • another thread that should really be asked in family doctor, but anyways

    SITUATION:
my wrist makes cracking noises everytime i bend it and rotate.
louder if i make a fist and flex my forearms harder.
this has been going on before i started boxin 9 months ago, but i think it may have gotten louder.
    no pains at all.
    QUESTION:
    is this a serious problem?
    should i consult professional help?
anyone else have this issue? what are your experiences with it?

    thanks in advance !!

I had that same exact problem but I had the hand amputated so it hasn't bothered me in awhile.

I don't know if everybodys wrist cracks and grinds abit when they rotate their wrist, but mine sure does. Never been an issue for me through it all.

      QUESTION:
is this a serious problem? ........ No
should i consult professional help? ............. Never killed anybody (very many)
anyone else have this issue? what are your experiences with it?.......
.......... yes .........work through it and past it, it's all in your mind.
