  • Typical mistakes made by noobs or pros that ruins punching power?

    Sometimes you are unaware of the mistakes you are doing, so its good to have a list of the most common mistakes so you can check if you are fudging up.

    e.g. noobs will under rotate their hips so they dont change stance

    e.g. noobs will lean forward without fully rotating in an attempt to get more power killing the power

    e.g. strong noobs will bench press and rotate their hips resulting in a very weak pushy punch

    e.g. pros will only get a punch down fully on one side, and have a lousy arm punch on the other (gerry cooney vs joe louis)

    etc etc etc
