Anyone in the LA area remember ONTV? My Family was the first on our block to have it in 77-78!

We had the first 6 hour VCR (Bought in Japan) before it was available in the US by several years.

Before video rentals we had a library of over 300 videos!

I think it just showed the quality of the signal so you (the viewer at home) could adjust TV settings when no shows were being broadcast.
