it's usually about, 2-3 sets in the morning, if the coast is clear in the middle of the day sneak in 1-2 more but by around 9-10pm im in the clear
and from there it's every 15-30 minutes, one-arm, clap etc till i go to sleep
now i'll be gettin a little outta breath since i do every rep as explosively and quickly as possible(without sacrificing form ofcourse)
so if anyone is going to realise i stink, it'll be the fam, so who cares right? they can deal with it, shower follows soon after anyway lol
