  • Is this a good meal plan?

    Breakfast: A bowl of whole grain, honey clusters cereal with fat free milk and 4 egg whites, maybe add a banana or instead of cereal, 2 slices of whole wheat bread with cocoa butter(Tr@der Joe's)

    Lunch: Chipotle(Rice and double scoop of chicken with their salad dressing)

    Dinner: Tilapia, white rice and brocolli.

    There are better alternatives to some stuff such as eliminating bread if you wanted to be really disciplined but overall it's fine

      Is Chipotle considered healthy? I've never been there so I'm not really sure. Aren't they pretty much Subway but with burritos?

          chipolte is a type of chili mixture. chipolte burritos are great.
