    What exercises help to improve a boxer's balance?

      Ballet Classes do help, not my personal preference tho..

        im not sure if this has contributed to my "natural" good balance, but i've always ran up and down stairs on tiptoes, almost crawling with my arms too, and i aim to make no noise at all.
        and the knees kinda work like shock absorbers.

          Any exercises such as "waist twist" while concentrating on keeping your shoulders in line with your hips and feet width.
          Then take that concentrated effort into the ring when shadow boxing. Your feet spread should be close to your shoulder width and your hips are a huge part of the equation. When power punching your shoulder, lats, hips and feet must be in concert. Only the natural heavy handed guys don't need to have proper rotation within the their techniques.

              yep. i regret posting it.
              i must sound liek a psycho or some crazy idiot.
              oh ops forgot to mention, i only do that at home. but i still run up/down tiptoes/no noise in public.
