since no one has bothered to reply i have gone a head and started the lemon detox diet for a week. Just a home job, went to the supermarket and got natural organic maple surip, cayenne pepper and some lemons. Just downed the first glass 30 minutes ago. it killed the hunger pains and im not hungry yet so see how i go.

You can get psyllium husk for £1 in ethnic shops. The same stuff goes for £10 a bottle when they stick it in a capsule and put detox on the label. What a ***** that is.

Psyllium Husk works great but like every detox'r you need to hydrate more than usual...it's a little slower than the magical formulas that cost an arm and a leg but in a weeks time with consistent use and hydration you will be very clean and feeling much lighter. The only thing I've experienced better than Psyllium Husk is a hydro-colonic from a spa or specialist but those are very invasive and costly.
