Protein Bars

Sorry if this kind of thread has been started before I'm just in a rush so didn't have a chance to check. I did a search on amazon and I found these cheap ones:

Anyone think they are any good or have a suggestion for better ones?

Ditch the bars, they taste like **** anyway. Buy some decent whey protein and mix it with milk or water and drink up.

tigers milk isnt all that great, it taste alright because it has a lot of sugar, i eat odwalla bars, they have all different kinds of flavors and all different kinds of nutrients you need, and i think they taste great.... they look like this:

what about eating egg whites,don't they have a high amount of protein?
