  • pajkic retains Canadian heavyweight title

pajkic showed up in the best shape I've seen him in.he's in at 238 & looked better then he normally does.his body attack is relentless.not too many clinches & pretty steady action.kielsa takes a good punch.kielsa is just not busy enough for my liking.the referee is usually pretty good but he missed a knockdown in the 8th.tye fields is next in line for a title shot.I had the score 99-90(including missed knockdown...pretty good fight...if it's not fields next, pajkic has good promoters & may get a much bigger fight.Steve molitors promoter alain tremblay is an excellent promoter.he gets his fighters good meaningful fights.pajkic is a name to watch...can't wait to see him again.I like kielsa too.kielsa will get more decent fights.

this guy now has wins vs journeyman Jason gavern, nicolai firtha,& 2 wins vs former Canadian champion "the steel pole"greg kielsa.tye fields or another top Canadian could be in the mix.his promoter alain tremblay(Steve molitors promoter)is one of the best promoters in boxing.he's had 12 soldout shows at casino Rama in Ontario.it holds 5000 & it's always full.he's promoted sonsona title fight,he's promoted molitors 7 title fights,& I'm willing to bet he vacates the Canadian title & gets a bigger fight vs a top 20-30 guy.he is 32 & needs to step up & move faster now.I'd like him to fight tye fields, lance whitaker, dominick guinn...he's already proven he can handle the barretts & the travis walker type fighters.
